In 1Q23, GTT has obtained its first order from its new companion the Chinese language shipyard, China Retailers Heavy Business-Jiangsu, for the tank design of 4 new LNG carriers, on behalf of a European ship proprietor.
GTT will design the tanks of those 4 vessels, which is able to every supply a complete cargo capability of 180 000 m3 and shall be fitted with the Mark III Flex membrane containment system, developed by GTT.
The supply of the vessels is scheduled between 1Q26 and 1Q27.
