Golar LNG Restricted (“Golar“) pronounces a suggestion to buy-back components of its USD 300,000,000 senior unsecured bonds maturing 20 October 2025 (with ISIN NO 0011123432) for money (the “Purchase-Again Supply“).

DNB Markets (the “Supervisor“) is performing as supervisor of the Purchase-Again Supply. The Purchase-Again Supply will probably be performed as a “Reverse Dutch Public sale”, the place bondholders can supply bonds, at desired volumes and costs, to Golar, by way of the Supervisor.
