Enterprise World LNG and INPEX Corp. have introduced the execution of a long-term gross sales and buy settlement (SPA) for the acquisition of 1 million tpy of LNG for 20 years. Underneath the settlement, INPEX Power Buying and selling Singapore Pte. Ltd (IETS), a Singapore-based subsidiary of INPEX, will buy 1 million tpy of LNG from CP2 LNG, Enterprise World’s third undertaking, which is anticipated to start development in 2023.
