Kommersant cited unnamed sources who instructed the Russian newspaper that China Nationwide Petroleum Corp., China Nationwide Offshore Oil Corp.,TotalEnergies SE and a consortium of Japanese firms have suspended every of their 10% stakes within the undertaking by declaring pressure majeure because of the sanctions applied final month.
