TotalEnergies has introduced the commissioning of the Cape Ann, its FSRU for LNG situated within the port of Le Havre. The terminal injected its first megawatt-hours of gasoline into the grid operated by GRTgaz, utilizing LNG from Norway.
TotalEnergies has contracted 50% of the terminal’s annual capability of round 5 billion m3, to provide it with LNG from its world portfolio. The remaining capability will probably be marketed in accordance with guidelines authorised by the regulator.
