Elliott Group has received an order to produce cryogenic rotating tools for the Port Arthur LNG Part 1 undertaking in Jefferson County, Texas, the US. Elliott will provide cryogenic pumps, expanders, boil-off gasoline (BOG) compressors, and finish flash gasoline (EFG) compressors for the undertaking, which is being developed by Sempra Infrastructure.
“Elliott has the distinctive capability to leverage our manufacturing capabilities to supply a single-stop store for the compressors, pumps, and expanders,” stated New Equipment Senior Gross sales Engineer, Don Binda.
Elliott was awarded the contract by Bechtel Power Inc., contracted to carry out the detailed engineering, procurement, development, commissioning, start-up, efficiency testing, and operator coaching actions for the Port Arthur LNG Part 1 undertaking.
“Through the years, Elliott has contributed to many industry-leading improvements in LNG service and has been a key companion for a number of the largest LNG tasks all through the world. We’re excited to be part of this undertaking, which can present US LNG to prospects,” concluded Binda.
